Amy Hinterberger is an Associate Professor in the Department of Global Health and Social Medicine at King’s College London, and Principal Investigator (PI) on the Wellcome Trust funded project: Biomedical Research and the Politics of the Human. She works across the sociology and anthropology of science and medicine with a special interest in the social and historical study of biomedicine, biotechnology and life science in the 20th and 21st centuries. At King’s, she conducts research, teaching, and engagement in the social, political and ethical dimensions of biomedicine.
